Updated Thermal Decomposition Plant TDP-2-200 at the WASMA-2016 trade fair
Section: NewsInternational Exhibition of equipment and technologies on recycling, waste management and water purification challenges WASMA-2016 will be conducted in Moscow on October 18-20. This event will unite the leading representatives of the industry on its platform. Among the leading companies and trade fair participants is the IPEC Company, manufacturer of innovative and advanced equipment for the safe waste treatment.
The innovative model of Thermal Decomposition Plant TDP-2-200 is to be presented at the Trade Fair. TDP-2-200 is based on the unique low-temperature pyrolysis principle, dedicated to convert oil sludge, drilling waste, used oil, rubber, plastic and other organic wastes. The innovative model has an improved form factor: loading and unloading units are inscribed into the 40’ ft. container for rapid transportation and on-site installation.
IPEC Thermal Decomposition Plant is an innovative, safe and cost-effective technology in waste treatment area. TDP capacities in the field of electricity generation from the recycled feedstock are validated by practical consideration. At the end of the summer, IPEC Company conducted several on-site tests of TDP-2-200 along with electrical power plants of foreign and domestic production for the potential customers. Produced pyrolysis gas was directed to the connected power generation unit. Calorific gas content was high enough for both electrical power plants to gain the maximum generated energy.
