IPEC completed installation supervision of the TDP-2-800 oily waste processing unit at the industrial site of Gazprom Neft. The purpose of the equipment is the continuous processing of oil sludge and oil-contaminated frozen soils, as well as silt sludge from sewage treatment plants.

When designing the equipment, IPEC specialists took into account the harsh conditions of the permafrost area. TDP plant was mounted on a pile foundation: the gap between the soil and the base preserves the natural ventilation of the frozen surface, preventing the soil from melting. For the same purposes, the loading and unloading assemblies of the TDP were moved outside the building. The process control can be carried out both manually and automatically without the staff participation.
