OOO Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz has delivered a set of equipment for retrofitting the TDP-2-800 pyrolysis unit which processes drilling sludge at the Kuyumbinskoye oil and gas field.

The unit will be equipped with an additional pyrolysis gas filter and a heat exchanger. A doubling pyrolysis gas filtration and condensation line will enable the reactor to be shut down for maintenance less frequently. This modernization solution has already been implemented at three other IPEC units, which are also operated at Kuyumbinskoye oil and gas condensate field.

It also includes more powerful air coolers and a strengthened ash discharge system, including two upgraded conveyors. New reactor with auger system and loading conveyor housing, which will replace worn out components of the unit.

As a reminder, since 2016, BT-Promotkhody LLC has been providing services for utilization of waste generated at the Kuyumbinskoye license field of Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz. The equipment manufactured by IPEC (Safe Technologies Industrial Group) has proven to be excellent for drill cuttings disposal.
